At CronusArt, every timepiece is engineered with precision and handled with the same level of care through delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered worldwide.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For limited editions, pre-orders, custom straps, or special releases, processing may require 5–10 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

Complimentary insured shipping may be offered for orders above designated thresholds.

5. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refusal to pay customs charges that results in return, destruction, or abandonment may lead to deductions from any eligible refund.

6. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss transfers only upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, consistent with consumer protection requirements in major jurisdictions.

Customers must ensure shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

CronusArt is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, tampered with, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain:

all packaging
shipping labels
outer carton
photos of damage
unboxing evidence if possible

We will work directly with the courier and insurance provider to resolve the issue.

8. Signature Confirmation

Due to the high value of our products, adult signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.
