1. 14-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, in line with common ecommerce and EU distance-selling standards.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the watch must be:
unworn
unaltered
free of scratches or signs of use
with all protective films intact
in original packaging
accompanied by warranty card, manuals, accessories, and tags
Returns may be rejected if the security seal, protective sticker, or authenticity tag has been removed. This follows luxury watch industry best practice.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable unless defective:
limited edition drops
engraved or personalized watches
custom strap configurations
final sale items
gift cards
special-order products
4. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, CronusArt will provide a prepaid return label.
All approved returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured service.
5. Inspection & Refund Approval
Once received, returned items undergo inspection within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges, duties, and non-refundable processing fees may be excluded where permitted by law.
6. Exchanges
We currently support exchanges for:
manufacturing defects
transit damage
wrong item fulfillment
Size/style preference exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Defective Products & Warranty-Related Returns
Mechanical issues covered under warranty should be submitted through our warranty support process.
This Return Policy does not replace your statutory consumer rights.
